朋友介紹的酒店，工業風 簡約，性價比頗高，早餐可以，房間整潔舒適，唯一就是天花板太簡陋了。位置很好，CBD旁邊，去老城也不遠。

Moxy Warsaw is located in the business area of the city. It's not ideal for sightseeing however not far from the metro. The place was clean. On the downside the shower pressure wasn't strong and you get only a single pillow per person. I asked the gentleman at the desk to check availability for an additional pillow and he reassured me twice he would do it and call my room to let me know, but he didn't.

The hotel is very modern and has nice decor. I had a small looking big issue for myself. I use a CPAP machine while sleeping. All of a sudden I woke up without air and the machine wasn't working because of no electricity. Later I found out that even electric plugs work with a motion sensor in the room. When I move my hands, the electric system will work again. So I woke up every half hour and had a terrible sleep. When I reported that issue, it was fixed. All they needed to do was turn off the motion sensor in the room. I could expect them to at least ask me the question if I have a CPAP machine or not during the check in process. Plus They didn't have any kettle or coffee tea in the room.

Staff service is terrible. I asked for hair conditioner in the afternoon before heading out but when I returned at midnight it’s still empty. I ask for hot water the staff replied ‘this is basic hotel, you can pay at cafe to buy, no free tea. I was shocked, he made me feel cheap. I just wanted hot water which most hotels offer a kettle….. or at least free hot water at lobby. I asked for a second coffee voucher. He says you have received for two already, but I didn’t, I only received one…. 😂😂😂 The overall is terrible……..

酒店非常新，導致還有很大的裝修味道。在屋裡必須開窗戶，否則會薰的難受。 再來説一下服務，基本都OK ，衹是多次與前台反饋空調不工作，前台每次都回復會找人看下，但是直到離店都沒有人檢修。 附近1公里以內吃飯，購物都OK。 另外打車時，定位不正確。
